Stinks!!!!!

Where is the actual magazine? I have tried over and over again to open this app to read and flip through the pages of the magazine itself yet recently only able to view the contents page. I want to flip through the pages and can no longer do that. What happened? The update changed nothing. It says the issue has downloaded yet I still only get a contents page! Please fix this! I paid for a magazine and I expect to be able to get what I paid for and flip through the pages!
