No technical support

This is a great magazine that I have subscribed to for several years now with one serious problem, there IS NO technical support. This has cost them a negative review as well as a subscriber. The only reason I am posting a negative review is that I have run out of options in my efforts to obtain technical support.

Recently I started having issues with the magazine downloading each time I opened it and only the article view was presented. I have been unable to read the actual magazine. This issue has also been replicated across 5 iPads so I know that it is not specific to my iPad.
