Great magazine, but, serious flaws in rendering articles.

Ive enjoyed reading SOME of the issues, though I havent cared for the content in all the issues enough to subscribe and its a pretty slim mag on top of that! However, on the very positive side, every now and then they put out an issue with content that really interests me like the July and August 2014 issues. I was excited to read it, then I was extremely disappointed to see that both of these issues kept freezing on "RENDERING ARTICLE". After repeated attempts and numerous support calls and troubleshooting with Apple App support, still no go, Apple determined the problem was with PDN issue itself and suggested I call PDN. I requested a refund instead, enough time wasted trying to resolve. Developer should put out content that can actually be read. Come on! : (
