Newest version is frustrating

I have been a long time, 30 years, subscriber to PDN. I liked the iPad version because it was always with me along with my other content and apps, much easier for traveling. But the new version doesnt seem to be compatible with travel. Previously downloaded issues have to reload very time you try to read them, so if you are out of a wifi area you are out of luck. Ive tried downloading an issue, made sure it was complete, but once on the airplane it gives me an error saying I need to be online. If you fix this, Ill go back up to 5 stars! Otherwise its a loser.
